August 20, 2006 marks the 12th anniversary of the birth of Miracle, the Sacred White Buffalo.
Miracle, who passed away in September, 2004, was the
manifestation of prophecy and carried a powerful message to
Indian people, as well as all the world's people. If you

Once
again Miracle's guardians, Dave and Valerie Heider,
invite you to join us in the celebrations on
Miracle's special day.
A public gathering
will be held at the Heider farm in Janesville, Wisconsin.
All are invited.

 Sunrise
Ceremonies (6:08 a.m.) offered by Joy Buck of the Ho-Chunk Nation.
Women are requested to wear shawls and long skirts of their own
people. Friends may also choose to wear regalia in their
traditional manner.
Prayer gifts from your heart to honor Miracle are
welcome.
An
afternoon
Pipe Ceremony offered by
Chuck Davis
of the Lakota Nation.
Storytelling
and a birthday feast after
ceremonies is open to all.
Donations are appreciated.
Miracle's
Museum and small gift shop will also be
open all day.
*Dave
and Valerie Heider request cars be parked in the neighbor's lot beside
their home. A small parking fee of $2.00 is appreciated.
*Please
bring lawn chairs marked with your names. Seating is very limited.
*Additions/changes
to the schedule are possible. :-)
